Excellent boots ;P Can be obtained at 26, making them nice to pair up with the Master Hunter quest series' rewards for a rogue or hunter.

Very nice item for classes that can utilize both agility and strength. It can last for a while.
I use this one on my retri paladin despite it's a leather item.

The chain that you start to get these boots can be picked up at level 26. So if you have a buddy run you, it would be possible to use these in the 29 pvp bracket.

I could but there brown/gold and not great looking. Get them if you want but i would find better ones

the quest level is in the low 30s, and the item level is 41 -

You WON'T find better leather boots for a rogue/feral druid/hunter, unless you go for the PvP boots -

I saw that the first chain of the quest starts at 26 or something like that, are these possible to get in the 20's or are they separate quests.

Great 29 rogue/druid twink boots + boar's/cat's enchant. Also optional for a hunter, u can always choose between the extra +4 stam of AB boots, or go for the +7 str and +1 agi on this one, I really don't mind the str as a hunter :), and of course both boots have speed increase, not particularly necessary for a hunter but still helpful.

i just tried to get these for my 29 rogue, i did the first part of the quest and,complete it and all he gives me is a grey availible quest mark.

These boots match the "hunter" (Raptor-, Panther-, Tiger-) leather items you get for the STV hunter's camp quests in appearance. Good Hunter/Rogue/Feral Druid boots for the level.

Stat-wise they are almost identical to the Wanderlust Boots you can get from the Mazen's Behest quest (1 less Agi, 2 more Str).

I realize some feel the need to brag here but what really helps are coords and/or locations of the quest item as in where are these crocs.
