As an 80 hunter, these boots give (base):

750 Health
600 Mana
199 Attack Power
0.588% Crit
1.19% Hit
2.53% Armor Penetration

With full points invested in Careful Aim, you gain an additional 40 Attack Power.

With Combat Experience you gain nearly 2 agility (1.96), adding on ~2 attack power and 0.02352% Crit. You also gain roughly 2 Intellect (1.6), which increases your mana pool by 15 - 24 (depending on rounding or not) and increases your attack power by ~2.

With Survival Instincts you gain an additional 7.5 stamina, or 75 health (depending on rounding). With Hunter vs. Wild this adds an additional 2 (2.25) attack power, depending on rounding.

Endurance Training will increase your health gained from this item by 37.5 (plus about 79 if you have Survival Instincts).

Great boots for hunters/enhance shams before start to raid. Badges never had a better use.
