This seems rather poorly itemized when compared to Ablative Chitin Girdle, which is arguably from an easier boss "earlier" in the dungeon.

25 less stamina, and a blue socket, which in all likelihood will receive one of these.

This is much better for Warriors, and Paladins who need to hit Block Capped status, as Block>Dodge>Parry when considering diminishing returns. Ablative Chitin Girdle is more suited to DKs, though any tank would be stupid to pass it up with a lesser belt equipped.

This belt feels unfinnished, like it lacks a socket and/or some stats.
Compare it to the Ancient Aligned Girdle from Hc AN and you get;

Hc AN gain;

24 Sta
12 Defense
38 Dodge

Hc Patch gain;

37 Str
32 Armor
50 Block Rating

The Naxxbelt is superior in threat, but so inferior in avoidance/soaking compared to a item wich is 13 levels lower, that it feels like something is missing.

This item is budgeted at ilvl 200. It looks weak because it is.

I don't doubt you, but do you have some kind of evidence or link? it would be interesting to see if they buff it.

It is indeed under budget.

This is another one of the items that will be receiving a stamina boost. Probably not until 3.1 though.

There are some bad items in Naxx-25; this, unfortunately, is the worst. Stats are all fubar, and the "correction" didn't do anything to convince me to use this over an easier-to-acquire belt. Blizz has some serious issues with itemization, when lower iLvl items are whole gems worth of budget better.
