Seems under budget to me due to rounding. If I had a yellow and a red slot to fill, I could place two of these gems for +18 SP and +16 hit, or I could place a Runed Scarlet Ruby for +19 SP and a Rigid Autumn's Glow for +16 hit, giving me 1 SP more.

Makes me wonder why they chose to make the Runed Scarlet Ruby +19 SP rather than +18 SP.

I'm an arcane mage stuggling with hit rating for some reason, probably becayse DKs keep winning 7.5 tokens...
I put 1 of these in my 7.5 shoulders and 7.0 robe and I was good to go
