Stick to the sides of the area and you should be able to get them easily (if you are solo'ing).
If you are with a group... watch out for the knock back. You wouldn't want to be near other mobs when/if it happens. I have killed a few without getting hit by a single knock back. You might be as lucky as well.

Killed 3. Got the item. Moved on. So the drop rate isn't THAT bad. If you're not getting the item to drop gain a group member. If you're in a group and still can't get it. Try killing more or getting another group member.

I know no one want's to admit it but some times you try 200 times (*cough* like the damn Baron Mount) and you still don't get it. So you gain a group member or another group member and it drops right away. Sad, but true. So keep trying. The drop rate is NO WHERE NEAR as bad as said mount above.

If you cannot get this item to drop, you need to click off the buff in the zone that makes you neutral with the wardens. They have to be hostile for the quest item to drop.
