It appears that being the only fully intellegent gorloc puts quite a bit of stress on poor Moodle. I Feel sorry for him, he has to put up with the stupidity of his fellow gorlocs every day and be alone in his intelligence... :(

Attempting to use this item while less than friendly (honored) with the Oracles displays the message "Your reputation isn't high enough".

As far as i am concerned there is only one possible way for that to happen. Get this item while honored or higher with the oracles and then go kill Atruis to change factions and become honored with the frenzyheart.
