Great pre-naxx healing gear for holy priests, if you can find it on the AH for a reasonable price, or just feel like farming Heroic Utgarde Keep until it drops for you.

Of course, many other clothies would benefit from the diverse (caster-wise, anyway) stats on this piece.

Picked mine up today on Sargeras for 100g. Unfortunately, they look like something that came out of a tauren's ass.

I bought this at a reasonably low price on the AH before I started heroics for my mage. It gives some good intellect and spell power, and of course the socket allows you to customize it. Good to get you ready for heroics if you buy off the AH, but once you hit harder heroics you'll likely replace it if you are a DPS.
