For hunters, this is probably the best choice of all the offered rewards because it's one of the few Northrend quest rewards with both crit and ap.

This is the same exact rewards as Combatant Greatsword except instead of you having to rely on str for your ap, it's straight ap, for those that don't get double AP from str: like hunters. Of course the str on the greatsword has other added bonuses.

If you're a warrior, pally, or DK I recommend the Combatant Greatsword hands down, over this.

Heading to Northrend as a lvl 68 arms warrior specced for axes/polearms (+5% crit and crit damage), this is the only weapon very easy accessible (for allies at least). Just take boat to Valiance Keep and run straight for this npc and he'll give you the quest, no prereqs needed.

check the crit when its equipped. This weapon gave me 14,60% crit. pretty awsome if u ask me. should have been 3.5% according to wowhead on my lvl.
