I think the drop rate is more along the lines of 4-5% or so as it took me 25 of them to get mine. Either that or I am very unlucky haha.

if you're a druid, you can make easy money from these bags. just fly around in flight form and loot the corpses. can make around 300g in a hour just by selling the grays to a vendor :)
