An execent adition to every casual healer priest who wishes to further improve his gear, because this recipie doesn't require any Sunmotes, a reagent that drops from the Sunwell Plateau and that it's used in most of the recipies that drop there.

If you can get this robe from the AH or from any sunwell raiding guild, you're in luck (unless yo don't have much money, then you would be out of luck...)

Been farming Sunwell trash for more than six weeks now (and my guild presumably longer). After all this time, we just saw the first of these patterns drop last night. Luck may have a lot to do with it, but these (and Sunfire) patterns are by all means extremely rare.

And fat chance ever seeing these on the AH. These robes are the best-in-slot for healers (and Sunfire for dps); and seeing how they're bop, they're going to the highest-demand guild members. If you do manage to get a pattern from a pug farming run or w/e, consider these to be valued well over Belts of Blasting or anything else going for a measly 2k gold. Who knows how much you should charge for the best robes in the game...

It coule be (and is, convincingly, to me) argued that both the Vestments of Absolution from Illidan (Black Temple) and Robes of Faltered Light (M'uru - Sunwell) are (somewhat) better items.

Of course, depending on how much you value SPI compared to +Heal compared to Mp5 compared to INT should factor into your evaluation as well.

Which isn't to say I wouldn't make this robe in a heartbeat if I had the pattern, because I would. Well as soon as I had 20 Primal Mooncloth, anyway.

Well with Wrath of the Lich King just around the corner (November 13, 2008) this robe will be under geared by the time you are level 75 just like Vestments of Faith was for when Outland came into the game.

Remember how bummed we all were when our epic item was out classed by an Outland Green. Just think you spend ungodly amounts of gold for this, just for it to become obsolete in a few levels.

Got this drop in Sunwell the other day and crafted it for myself. I replaced my Robes of Heavenly Purpose and realized that when gemmed with +22 healing gems, my new very nice Haste robe now drops my MP5 by a good 26 in comparison to the old robe! Please make sure that if you get and craft this fine robe, you don't put in Healing gems, rather Sparkling Empyrean Sapphires (+10 Spirit). Save yourself the grief I'm going through now replacing my gems!
