These are also the best shoulders for non-tailor Shadow Priests until Illidari Shoulderpads in SSC or T5 Shoulders from TK.

I've ran this instance countless times and I haven't seen it drop yet.
I don't know if im just unlucky, or it has the lowest drop rate out of all the items.
Good luck to anyone who can find and get it as it is a great shoulder for casters.
