Tin veins are also very common in the cave these are found in - brilliant spot to level mining, so long as you are around 28+. Otherwise the spiders can prove difficult.

You can find the ore`s in "Thelgen Rock" a cave in wetlands. Inside the cave its 5-6 ore`s that spawn every 4-5 min. You can farm the ore`s from skill75 to skill 150. It`s a very effective way to lvl mining skill. Enjoy the farm :)

Skill required is 65, not 75. Useless for Horde, farm it and destroy it. Or, sell it to some unsuspecting player in the AH.
Incendicite turns Yellow at 90

There's also a good amount of Tin(65) in the cave, as well as the occasional Silver(75) so you should be good to go for a while.

Empty your packs as well, especially if you're farming. You'll get plenty of ore, and the spider edibles (meat, legs, etc) and spider silk sell for decent enough on the AH that it's worth collecting it all.

The spiders are around lvl 20-22, so you should be okay at lvl 20+.

Not of much use to the Horde, though they can mine it too. Possibly sellable on the neutral AHs in booty bay or Gadgetzan.

I believe this is for a warrior quest or something. I regularly sell a stack of 10 for 50-80g on my auction house. It is a very wealthy enconomy if any of you are wondering, but this is a veryyyyy nice way to make money!

Not sure if this can be done anywhere else.. Or if this will last.. but i'll take full advantage of it while I can..

They are useful for upping your mining skill level. I upped my level every time I mined one and I was at level 137 when starting.

There is alot of incendicite ore to be found in thelgan rock but silver is rare enough.

also good for hunting spiders for their silk for robes of arcana. I found the silk pretty expensive at the AH atm

and skilling up your mining skill works too. I found also a chest and some tin veins there

for me Thousand needles works best for leveling the skills then you need or Tanaris flightpath or the elf flightpath near the TN ...

There is an Alliance quest for this ore.
Also, you need about the same skill required for tin to harvest this. Tin and Incendicite both were newly orange difficulty to me when I gathered mine.

I think that ore pretty rare on AH. And people who dont have mining will need to waste alot of time to killing thise mobs and getting ore...

The quest is a runabout quest and a major waste of time. Not worth buying or traveling all the way to Redridge and back for.

ok very simple. you get the quest from one of the siege engine drivers at Steelgrill's Depot. you must be lvl 20 to get access. you either need to have mining or take someone who does. it mines same lvl as tin. the ore is in the cave at Thelgen Rock in the Wetlands. the spiders that are in the cave are all lvl 21-23. you just need to mine 6 pieces and take it back to the pilot. for Warriors these same spiders are the ones that drop the fangs for the fire hardened mail quest. there is no other use for the ore, maybe blizzard should come up with a projectile made by engineers to use it for?
