After a bit of searching I managed to find the package, this is for the quest "Hazzik's Bargain" which I haven't seen on Wowhead yet.

It's located in a little house in eastern Skettis in Upper Veil Shil'ak.

Its an elevate place, the crate is inside a house.

looking at the map of skettis,bottom right hut is pointed at the top,go stright up from point almost to the hill in a camp, first hut on left.
