Great replacement from both Karazhan and Gruul necks. Also, best healing neck until Black Temple where Mother Shahraz drops Nadina's Pendant of Purity (less int/stam but includes crit).

No one has mentioned that if you're a priest and feel you don't need the stam than Teeth of gruul may be the best healing neck in the game. seeing as it has spirit.
