Oddly enough these leggings are the only reward from "Disrupt Their Reinforcements" that has a level requirement. Even odder is that you can get the quest at 58 but you can't equip the pants till you are 60...

Hunters & Enhancement Shamans beware:
These has exactly the same stats as Battle Scarred Leggings, which is a reward from the follow-up quest, with the exception that these are leather & the others are mail.

Shamans may wish to chose the Arcane Ringed Tunic as a reward instead of these, in case they feel like healing or doing elemental damage.

These leggings are awesome! I have these on my Feral Druid and these leggings look awesome and have great stats (stamina is an awe) but I wish there were some gem sockets in here :( but oh well, still they are great. :P

Since when did quest rewards have level requirements? In fact, none of the other quest rewards from this very quest have one.

Weird.

Deliberate or an accident?

Either way, color my rogue disappointed. :)
