Why even give this as a reward when you get Goldweave Tunic (https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=28052) as a reward for a pre-requisite quest that you have to do before you even get this one?

Sure the base stats are a little higher, but the damage fails in comparison.

Not really as good as the goldweave tunic you will already have.

Sigh. Still, lots of good vendor stuff.
