Not terrible for the investment to get them, since spell hit is both important and moderately hard to come by.

Biggest problem is, except for the Stamina and Spirit, which are indeed worthwhile, Robes of the Crimson Order (https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=31297) offer a lot more bang for your buck, and you can probably find them both earlier, and cheaper, as on most servers I've seen them going for 20-30 gold most of the time. Probably easier to invest in those and grab the money/Disenchant reward from this.

Very good robe for raiding if you cant get a decent one. Good for affliction locks/shadow priests who use DoT's. Definetely want spell hit for raids. Just smack a 150+ health chest enchant and you're g2g.
