According to Glorin Steelbrow (the dwarf priest in the chain) this isn't the only Eye of Paleth out there, but it's probably quite rare judging from his expression.

An Eye of Paleth? Amazing! Hmm...there's something wrong with this one. You found it on one of those shipwrecks? Well that explains it! But...I didn't know they had such an Eye on the Third Fleet...

It's no wonder Fitzsimmons was so spooked. A Cursed Eye of Paleth is no cause for mirth.

These were apparently also crafted by specifically human priests, but as far as I know, this is the only quest chain that even mentions an Eye of Paleth. A very mysterious item.

The final quest now removes the stamina reduction and 1 spell power, making it worth it for non-healers to cleanse the eye.

Why are there warlocks and mages with this thing? this is really funny!

If you dont turn in the last step the item gives +10 to shadow dmg so that would be why warlocks have it if they haven't turned in last step.
