I have not personally tested it but according to comments on other head enchants, using this will bind the item to you. So no, this is not viable for "twink" items.

So what happens if you use a 70 to apply this to a BoE head slot and mail it back to your twink? From the tooltip it seems like it would function exactly like Nethercleft, but why then have I never seen a twink with this?

consumable enchants that make an item soulbound when you use them can't be used through a trade window. Libram rewards and spellthreads can because they don't make the item soulbound.

If you plan to do end game raiding, you need to get Revered with Thrallmar anyway, so might as well pick it up, since 100g is nothing in BC, and it's a damn good enchant.

i used the zul'gurub encahnt on mine even though i can get this i like the stam and intell and a difference of 11 bonus heals isnt that bad for me. I'm a resto druid and i like the zg enchant better but thats just me. For all u ppl that cant get it just buy this cuz it is really good

Can you add this item to lets say the Blood elf bandit mask for twinks? or that doesnt happen?

As mentioned above, you cannot attach this item unless you are level 70 (seen in the item description) and attaching it causes the item to become soulbound. So no, you can't attach it to your twink's helm.

ugh idiot...if you would read comments you would see that with enchants such as this it makes boe items soulbound. That's just how it is....

Actually, you could get this on a twinks headpiece... Just put your goggles in the mailbox and start applying the enchant, and just as its complete, press "Send". It works sometimes, and sometimes it doesnt, but it got nerfed a few patches ago, so its not possible anymore, i think it was this that the previous poster ment.
