But I don't see anything in that house which looks like a rack. that house looks the same as all the other non destroyed ones. Can someone help me how does that thing looks like perhaps uploading a screenshot or something I would be grateful.

The Weapon Rack is at 56.87 , 86.84
Inside the house, across the door, so you can see it without entering. The house's door is looking northward and its just west of the tower with Quest NPC's.
Hope this helps, I had to look for it for quite some time even with the posts above :)

The weapon rack you need is in the first house that is NOT destroyed on Wizard Row, as you walk inside you will see it.

its the first house as mentioned above as you leave the tower - weapon rack to the left in front of you when you walk in

I am by the rack and í cannot click on it!
is there other spots i might spawn ?

Ok i got the sword he is in the townhall ( big building ) south of violet tower, the shack is where i am suppose to put the weapon!
