This ring is an awsome dps ring for a warrior/druid/rogue, i see many level 70s running around with this and the quest is not that hard at all. The quest starts with "HELP!" at Corki in nagrand, 72,70 around the burning blade ruins.

This ring is barely an upgrade from a quest available 3 levels earlier.
https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=31727 and from a DPS perspective, it's a very poor ring having most of it's item stats used up by it's high stamina.

If you are looking for DPS from a quest reward, these are better options

We can also, although far inferior compare this too Ancestral Ring of Conquest .

Using the same stats but at a higher price, this band is available from The Lurker in Serpentshrine Cavern. And a great item for the budding raider.
We can see these stats for a ring is favoured by DPS classes as Blizzard has made several of them, so this is a lovely ring to gain through a quest chain available in Nagrand

Replaced my don julio's band when I was leveling in nagrand, its a good ring. Its a quest reward so no one should care who gets it!

Works for almost anyone doing Melee combat. I think this rock for Hunters until you find something better... haven't yet though.

errrh.. lol, no, the percentage bonus is ofc. rounded up from your total stamina, not each piece separately. This ring gives 25sta as listed
