Got mine in 8 mins, it wasn't too bad for me, but there ARE near NO mobs to kill. The boat at 83.21 seems to have an okay amount though.

I don't have coordinates, so had to find these on my own. Unfortunately, the quest does not give any directions (N-S-W-E), but just says they are deeper, near the edge of the reef.

As 19 Hunter, I used Track Undead, which was very helpful for this quest.

These are farther North than I suspected, found on a wrecked ship that is PARTIALLY submerged, and partially sticking out of the water. It is the first boat directly East of Captain Edward Hanes.

The "Bloodcursed Souls" are DROPS after you kill the Bloodcursed Voyagers.

*NOTE*
I killed some Bloodcursed Voyagers (2) on a shipwreck farther South of the map location, but they did NOT drop the Bloodcursed Souls. Only those at the map location dropped the quest items.

You can also found many "Bloodcursed Soul" near to (85,13) and (84,10)
