I mined one of these from an rich adamantite vein in Netherstorm (near Manaforge Ultris).

As a rogue i pick pocketed it from an ordinary Sunfury Bloodwarder at Manaforge B'naar in netherstorm. So there is a chance to get it elsewhere than where Wowhead sais.

currently one of the most numerous of the blue gems i am hoarding. several dropped in normal outlands instance runs (first one was blood furnace) and i have prospected several as well. not super rare, but very valuable if there are any cutters with the +12 stam cut. i'd give my thumbs for it...
