The best healing mace in-game, suitable for priest, druid, paladin or shaman.

With a good offhand and this main-hand u have a very nice combo, altough coming to this stage is hard.

Atiesh is however better for priests/druids in all ways.

This is an amazing mace. For druids, Atiesh is obviously impossibly good pre-BC. If you are working on your Greatstaff, this is nice to have in the mean time. I would pick one of these up during your Naxx runs.

Definitely the best one-handed mace for healing in the game so far. Good for all healing classes that can use maces. I recommend getting this if you can unless you have Atiesh or something better, because this really is great.

I think a mistake was made on the site as to where this drops. I and most other people know for a fact this drops in Live off of KT in Naxx. But the site item database is also showing this item droping in TBC, Caverns of Time: Old Hillsbrad Foothills. This is wrong and should be fix as to not cause confusion. Thanx

I have a 69 priest and i am still using this I was wondering if anyone had suggestions about a better mace from a raid and or rep reward

Better then any blue healing mace up until 70. You won't be replacing this until Kara or a random world epic drop. Happy Healing!

You could do better with the Shat'ar exalted healing mace, but yeah, many Tier 3 items can see you through Tier 4 and even starting stages of Tier 5.

i would say its a close race at least, esp considering the hassle and waiting for Atiesh and the fact mages/warlocks want it too, its not like its a priest-only weap.

So far I havent seen any comments about a druid getting this best 1h healing weap in game. As many said, any healer that can use maces will get it. It would be a nice upgrade for Scepter of the False Prophet

being a pally myself i would love this hammer.. however i would give it to a priest and or a resto druid first. my point is this what +healing item is a priest or druid willing to let go for us? anything that has major healing is supposed to go to a non hybrid class so what are we left with? if you give us some of the great healing gear it might just take a lil stress off other healers and keep the group up longer as a whole. but we will prob never get any thing like this and just be expected to help heal, peel aggro from priests/ mages, and DI to stop wipes but never get any major items for our trouble.

Just saw that this baby was a 1H weap.
+ the fact that shammie's get dual wield in BC, that chould give a LARGE + healing bonus.

That making a lesser healing wave very mana effecient healing methoth in raid. That beeing in that shaman is a healer.

Btw, this weapon is for use, to all healers who are able to wear it, why fight over it. Just let it go to the top healer, with the most DKP, without whining.

I am a pally and I am not thinking of this weapon. For me Widow's embrace is totally enough, and my dream weapon is the might of Menethil.

Some crazy healers(most are priests) want this mace, I understand them, but I am ... really not gonna bid on that weapon.

Why is it that all the best healer one-handers come from last bosses of 40man raids? Lokamir il Romathis from Nef, Scepter of the False Prophet from C'Thun, and now this amazing mace.

Right, it makes no sense that the best items come off the hardest bosses.

Ofc the last once should dropp the best stuff but they could add more healingstuff on regular bosses aswell. Like as a druid in mc/zg/aq. What good healing^&*! is there for us? There is a few but they aint even close to bened.

I used Will of arlokk until I got my regalia in aq40. That sucks! More healingstuff please!

Actually 2 benedictions is better imo, but the hammer is alot cooler so Id still take it!

Yeah but you have to Add a offhand so you will have to add something like 50heal and 5/mp5sec and int isnt that good in long fights.

Shaman: I suppose, but shaman heals are much less effective than either druids or paladins. Unless you are full resto, with no other mind other then to heal, I dont see why you would want this.

Paladin: Yeah, full holy/crit heal specc, this is an absoluletly amazing weapon to have, especially since pallys are restricted from staves.

Priest: Priests have the fastest and most reliable healing in the game.The constant heals would quickly add up with 500+ healing (which is quite possible to collect from tier 3/Nax epics, and you need a priest/druid in every raid to be doing nothing than having the most +healing stacking HoTs on tanks.

Druids: Same as priests really. But they have probably spent so much DKP on all the druid tier loot that drops in MC/BWL, that they wont have the points to buy it.

Any Class rolling on this for DPS: Please put a .50 mm bullet in the side of your head, and remove yourselves from the gene pool.

Come the burning crusade expansion, any shaman dual wielding this and the widow's embrace linked below, would have some sick + healing, not to mention any +heal gear they may already be packing...
