This thing has a very low drop rate.
Cleared the Gorge many times over and still waiting for it to drop... :/

Got mine on the fifth kill. Pull one giant away and fear-kite with Felguard and DOT's. They didn't hit me once.

Because hardly anyone does these old quest lines anymore, I think the drop rate percentage is a bit off, it dropped on only a handful of kills for me.

I went with a 57 Druid healing me. We were killing them as fast as they could spawn for an hour straight and it never dropped. Have to try again another day. :(

Id rather do the 45min run over. The drop rate for me has been rediculous. 30 Kills = no drops, taking a break now, and will be back later.

i've made 6 passes so far (there are about 10 giants in each pass) so i assume i've killed about 60 so far... still no relic... this drop rate BLOWS

Confirmed in SoD Phase 4 for the Tier 0.5 quest chain that this drops in a group. It dropped for me and a rogue off the same mob today, 8/4/2024: https://i.imgur.com/i4hIe3v.png

If you're a healer you can ask a random rogue killing them for Frostmaul E'ko to pair up.
That's actually a good idea for anyone since the giants are mostly dead and farmed by people.
