I've gotten Wolfrunner Shoes twice in a row so this list is definitely not comprehensive and I suspect that you can get other blues than just the one I got. Still not worth doing other than for the Cenarion rep, of course.

My first bag of spoils gave me:

Scroll of Agility
Aquamarine
Major Healing Potion x 2
Alterac Swiss x 4
Morning Glory Dew x 5
Elemental Water x 2

Alot of neat stuff for the lvl but not worth anything if you wont use the consumeables
(as i wont at lvl 72)

Stille as posted above there is a posibility for a rare item, which can be DE'd and
later used for other quests in Silithus.

And stille there is ofc the 500 reputation with the Cenarion Circle at the quest completion.

Had a random level 56 Green item in mine. Wasn't an upgrade but it did sell for 3g 50s :)

All of the templars but the fire can be solo'ed pretty easily, at least for a druid. I have only so-so equipment but I have beaten all the templars except the fire one, which seems unlikely for me. (I didn't even get away, though that was due to a stupid scorpid stunning me.)

They do take some care, though, and different tactics:

Air: Can be rooted! And doesn't do a ton of damage. He is easiest

Stone: No roots, no Faerie Fire. Just fight him in bear. When he boots you (like 3 miles), you barely have time to pop out, rejuv, pop back in. Otherwise, bash, barkskin heal (do it early), and then a frenzied regen FTW. Make sure to keep demo roar going at all time to keep him from hurting you too much.

Water: Sorry, I only fought him once and don't remember anything special. I'm sure I did it mostly with bear, bash, heal, frenzied, etc. I don't remember if roots worked, but you can look to see if he is immune to your thorns, and he will be immune to roots, too, probably.

I'm a lvl 60 mage and isolo'd all of these except for the water one very easy. (Frost spec, and he is immune :P)

To add to the "this is easy" line of replies, all the Templars are fear-able, so any warlock is going to have a field day with these guys.

In the past few days me and some others from my guild, 4-5 others, have taken down lots of templars and dukes but never seen anything to that blade :(

BTW; That blade, Elemental Attuned Blade, does not drop from a Bag of Spoils, but from a Sack of Spoils ;)

I'm a lvl60 holy priest with benediction and full Trans. All of them are soloable. Just fear them, and run like hell! Then dot them, run the other way ... if they hit you ... HEAL! Don't equip Anathema, use Benediction or you will die when you try to heal! But aside from that, they're all quite easy.

Just dot them and keep them feared. Word of caution: they don't aggro beasts, but they do aggro the twilight cultists, so try to clear the area well, and pull them away from the camp before fearing them. Also, try to keep within a certain range of them while they're running around feared; I've lost a couple of templars because they ran too far away from me.

Hard for a *!@#ty mage maybe. Pwned all 4 with no probs full frost, still pwn all 4 easily 40 arcane 11 frost. +440 spell damage, only 2700 health unbuffed, i still haven't died on one

I am a shadow preist and have never died on a templar before, its very easy, just shield once u summon, then start to DPS and put up a new shield once u can, right when they shield dies fear them and u should kill them while they are feared, if not just shield again and finish them off. u dont need to kite or anything so u shouldnt aggro twilight cultists. i never even have to heal.

Lilley, full shadow preist, 184 plus shadow damage

2 people have written that they got Crystalline Threaded Cape in this, just go check it's site (晶化丝线斗篷 So blues are most possible (I really like that cape so I better start summoning those)

Edit: This is not correct, sorry! This was from a Sack of spoils I believe, but it may even be from a chest of spoils, the level of the item would seem as a sack only, as chests are (people say) 20-30+ man raids

Stop talking of that a friend of your neighbors girlfriends fathers brother found an epic in these. Let me tell u, i prolly got ~100 of these as im soon exalted with CH and the typical loot is a couple of drink/eat, maybe a major mana/heling pot, ~60 s and sometimes a green vendor trash item.

When u gief "abyssal signets" u get a bag with a little more cash and the chance of a blue, and when u gief "abyssal scepters" u get the chance of an epix, that easy...

I just got one of these. I assumed it would be something like the gift you get from the kodo in Un'goro and it was. It contained:

31 silver 28 copper
5 x alterac swiss
2 x major mana potion
2 x elemental water
1 x scroll of stamina IV

really nice imho..but then again..i love suprises!

I assume the content in this bags waries, but you get a hinch..
