Just to make this slightly easier for those of us who don't use map add-on's or co-ordinate trackers, the correct entrance of Hive Regal to find this object is the South Western one.

After entering keep to the left, when the road splits, turn left.

You'll get in a X shaped room, on your left hand side is a guy named Cenarion Scout Landion. Continue southwards into the tunnel and there it is.

You'll have to kill that crazy woman first before getting it though.

If you are 60+ then you can position yourself to make the rubbing without pulling any mobs.

Too bad the elite priestess was spawned right on top of the glyph while i tried to get it, made it very interesting....
