The mobs in this hive use a terrible debuff that increases swing time by 100% and reduces strength by 50%, its bareable to slowly pick them off one by one, but I found the better tactic is to kite them inside, loot the scrubbing (no cast timer), and get out - much easier/faster. :)

If you don't have coords, the entrance is the smaller spiral area, the eastern entrance. The interior map looks like a pair of chambers linked by tunnels shaped like an m.
I wandered around the wrong cave forever (The one the larger spiral for the entrances.)

Correct coordinates are 50,26. Enter the first cave as you're going into the hive, take an immediate right, then left at the Y.

Matia's directions are correct as long as you follow the path from cenarion hold only. You will never get to encounter more than one insect at a time so it is definitely soloable.
