This seems to stay in your inventory even after you use for the Amulet of Union and turn in the quest. A bit strange, if you ask me.

Actually, I had to kill The Nameless Prophet to get Amulet of Spirits.

How do you get them to drop the Amulete of Spirits? Do I need a quest for it? Cause I have been killing them for some time now but no luck so far.

Once you've completed "The Pariah's Instructions", gathered the five gems from the Kahns, combined them and completed the quest, you can toss the Amulet of Spirits and The Pariah's Instructions sheet from you bag

Even though it's not linked here (at least currently), you will have to get the quest first. Otherwise, you can kill The Nameless Prophet as many times as you want and this still won't drop. Go get "The Pariah's Instructions" quest from The Centaur Pariah who wanders around by Mannoroc Coven. From Thottbot:
"He patrols between two points.
He starts at 43,85 which is a small hill.
He then walks to 48,87 and moves up a bigger hill and ends his patrol at 50, 86."

After getting the quest, it dropped the first time. So, not sure what the actual rate is.

Is there any use for it when you are done with the Quest?

After killing The Nameless 5 times without a drop i simply relogged and it dropped on the first subséquent kill.
