This blood gives you a lot of Frostwolf Clan and Orgrimmar reputation, as 1 Blood will give you 5 Frostwolf and 75 Orgrimmar reputation. Turning enough these in will also allow 10 of your teammates to summon The Ice Lord that is a high lvl elite and surely helps your team pushing the attack.

This can be turned in throughout revered and is a very quick way to reach exalted with Orgrimmar!

I highly recommend this over cloth turn-ins.

It appears this item drop chance from looting alliance bodies has been nerfed. I looted 8 Alliance corpses and got about 10 blood total.

Good job Blizzard, I didnt want to spend my champion writs on Orgrimmar rep.

Btw you have to hand all of the blood in to the quest giver BEFORE the battleground ends ( which is OBVIOUSLY predictable) or the item will just vanish out of your bags. So how can you possibly "grind" the rep if you cant hand the sodding quest in? Would LOVE to know -_-

Horde players must gather Stormpike Soldier's Blood and bring it into Primalist Thurloga, who can be found in the cave directly under Frostwolf Keep. Once they have gathered enough, a shout rings out warning the valley of the impending summon. The Primalist and Shaman then make their way above the Field of Strife. Ten Horde players must gather together with the Primalist to bring forth Lokholar the Ice Lord.

This lady is the Frostwolf version of what Alliance has Arch Druid Renferal.
The Primalist is used to turn in blood as (1 or 5 per turn in).
When a team has turned in 150 Blood, she will start moving to the westren part of Field of Strife, between Snowfall and Galvangars barrack.
She requires atleast 10 Horde players channeling on the altar for 4 minutes.
When that is done, Lokholar the Ice Lord is summoned and he will wander around on Field of Strife.
When 10 minutes has gone, he starts moving towards the Stormpike base, getting stronger per kill and being a great ally for The Horde.
That's how it works,
