I think that these head items are pretty much funny. The drop rate is 63%. What the hell? You kill him, and there is a chance you wind find his own head?
Also, it is a party loot. So, five guys kill him, and every guy gets a head (which is not even 100% to drop)? Kinda... strange.

he respawn in two places.... one is that one the guy talked before... the other one is in the other side... but the important thing is that he is OUTSIDE the dungeon... xD
he is an undead soh will be easy to find him..

Found at 47,90 along with a silver rare Ambassador Bloodrage. The Silver didn't drop anything worthy of writing home about. Pair of gloves that give +24 to healing spells.
