I have uploaded a screenshot, it's a druid looking bear friendly to alliance, so that quest is Horde Only. He was roaming around 41.65 in Ashenvale.

He attacked me at 40,66.

found ursangous at 40,66 but couldn't loot the paw for some reason

the spawn point is around 43,68

Ursangous dropped his/her paw the first time i killed it try talking to the person in front of the splintertree inn before killing ursangous

yeah there is no acceptance quest from the lady you just get the drop item and bring it to her and turn in after al 3 quests u get a quest from her but u turn it in at the same time and get a cloak. But the coordinates 40,66 were also correct just u don't have accept a quest 4 the others. But in order to loot the quests you have to be lvl 20 at least as well! i hope this helps!

乌萨苟斯的爪子 only drops if you got 灰谷狩猎 (Quest 6383) completed.

There are multiple quest with the same name that lead you to ashenvale.

灰谷狩猎 from Orgrimmar
灰谷狩猎 from The Barrens
灰谷狩猎 from Thunderbluff

Macro to check if you got the required quest for the paw to drop:

/run print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(6383))
