i got this on my old school 19 twink
it used to take rank: private
but now it takes 3 ab and 3 wsg marks you need to win a game of each or lose 3 times

He means that he got it on his twink before the Honor Revamp.

Then it simply needed to "Private" Rank (Rank One). Therefore, even a level 10 could get it, assuming s/he had enough Honorable Kills to attain the rank.

Just so everyone knows this talbard can not be bought back from a talbard vendor if you delete it to try and save bank space

Unlike the Silverwing and Stormpike tabards (that also cost honor) this one can not be refunded, so if you are buying tabards and wearing them for Twenty-Five Tabards then refunding, leave this as one of your last.

im lvl 16 and im a corporal. how? its really easy. with the new addition of 10-19 BG (warsong Gulch) i just stay in queue there forever and quest while waiting. i got 675 kills there in 3 days. my parents dont let me playy comp mon day thru thurs day so its retarted, but i still got the rank. BTW this cost 1 gold , and the corporal trinket costs 1 gold 50 silver and is worth it so much at lvl 16. hope this helps.

in BGs the easiest way to get kills i found is to go to a capture the flag and kill the guys chasing the guy that picks the flag up on your team, as they wont fight back. at lvl 13, i put down a 19 rogue with 2 fiery weps! hope this helps a lot.

now with the 10-19 BG any lvl 10 can get 6 hks and yey ur a private.

now its pointless seeing EVRYONE is a private

It so simplle to get private. Low lvls can even get them. It seems every1 is twinking there low lvl guys so that always sux since the low lvls can get enough kills to go private in 1 match at BG. Plus you dont reely need to "fight". Hunters can stay away at low levels and shoot people while the higher lvls are pullin the weight. They need to makew this ranking thing harder.

you need to wait until tuesday morning. After that you'r honor got upgraded. Im pretty sure you are a private after that when you got so much of kills! ^^

The amount of HK i almost irrelevant. It's the Contribution points that matters. The amount of point u gain for a kill depends on the difference in levels. The higher your victim is, compared to you, the more points u gain.

If the victim is lover level than you, you gain less honor. If you are more persons to make the kill, the honor is distributed by how much damage you have dealt to the victim.
also how many times you've killed that particular player matters:

1. kill: 100% honor
2. kill: 50% honor
3. kill: 25% honor
4.+ kill: no honor.

players 10 level under you or lover won't give u any kills either.

its not about how much person's you kill its about how many DMG you have done a persons...

like in AV (arathi valley) you don't get much honor only much honorKILLS
in AB ( arathi basin) you get LOTS of honor and you don't get much honorKILLS

well u should go to WSG and just get in a raid and fight it dosnt matter what lvl u are u just need to stay with your group and fight if u are a low lvl killing a high lvl u get more honor but if u kill people under u u get less honor , in 2 days of WSG i got 310 kills and have 6000 honor but i do not know what i am because iits not tuesday and no if u are like lvl20 and killing 29 u get way more honor than u do

i am sorry but these have been some of the dumbest comments i have ever seen. So let me give u a hand before u use to much brain power. LOL.
1. WSG (war song gulch) is how you get your ranks there are diffrent versions of this such as altrec valley and arathi basin and so on
2.You get honor by killing someone but they can not be to great of lvls below u such as a lvl 60 can not kill a lvl 1 and get honor
3. Other ways to get honor is capture the flag and turn in your honor marks (you get these after each battle you get 3 -enough to turn one round in- in a win and 1 for a loss if the match lasted more than 10 mins
4. How you get in WSG is there are battle masters in several citys just ask a guard and get in quire(which is kind of a wait line for the battle grounds) then you can do whatever untill you get in the battle
4. Once you are in the battle it is like capture the flag lethal
5. You get your ranks every tuesday for how much honor you have earned

This may be old but w/e, here it goes:

You must do BG's to increase ur rank. Whenever you get a kill, a flag capture, or flag return you will gain a little bit of honor. Doing anything PvP and killing horde you will get honor. When you hit a certain amount of honor you will be promoted. This is just like leveling.

All you do to make a privite at a low level is make a pali and get Taskmaster axe or Smite's Mighty Hammer simple then kill horde all die and knock out 10 in 1 hit KO!Just make a plai!

i think u need to be on a PvP server for private corporal seargent etc. and if not im sure it would be easier on a PvP server

ranks are no longer possible to attain. They replaced the honour system before TBC came out. People who had their ranks kept them.

you cannot get this is 10-19 bracket my 19 has it because he did bg before bc but its still kool for 20 and up but you cant go up ranks anymore

Uhm... to note...

this tabard displays the Alliance insignia in the center of chest and back, not your guild's insignia/icon.

So if you like wearing your guild's tabard, forget this one...
