To see these drop you need to have Argent Dawn Commission or Seal of the Dawn or Rune of the Dawn equipped.

You can turn in 20 of these at Argent Officer Garush at The Bulwark, at the border of Tirisfal Glades and Western Plaguelands (horde only) or Argent Officer Pureheart at Chillwind Camp in Western Plaguelands (alliance only) or Duke Nicholas Zverenhoff at Light's Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands for 50 reputation with Argent Dawn and an Argent Dawn Valor Token which after use, gives 100 reputation.

If they're not dropping for you check your buffs.

I had the trinket on the buff wasn't on so they weren't dropping. Simply take it off and put the trinket back on.

Paladins need faction to get their epic mount, not sure if other classes need anything here.

The level 50 Blood Elf paladin quest requires you to get 20 minion Scourgestones.

They're also used to gain reputation with Argent Dawn.

You can turn these in at 43.85 "Camp Chillwind" in the Western Plaguelands.

Farming the Minion's Scourgestone can be done by killing any of the following mobs in Western Plaguelands.

IMPORTANT NOTE: EQUIP your "Argent Dawn Commission" trinket to acquire Minion Scourgestones, if you do not have this trinket equipped you cannot collect them!

Wailing Death
Skeletal Flayer
Hungering Wraith
Rotting Ghoul
Skeletal Executioner
Slavering Ghoul
Soulless Ghoul
Skeletal Sorcerer
Skeletal Acolyte
Freezing Ghoul

Also remember: ALL of these mobs give +10 rep with the Argent Dawn when killed. Also, as ESW_Xeroxer said in his post: Remember to equip your Argent Dawn commision BEFORE hunting these beasties. Otherwise, you will get NO scourgestones WHATSOEVER!

Why does it list mobs in Alterac mtns? Click on any of those mobs, scroll to bottom of that page, and map doesnt show any locations.
