1/3 because a lot of people done LBRS plus then 1 time (the boss drops the letter only 1 time for each people)

i'm confused on the drop part... i know it's a group loot, so everyone can get it, but can one person get it twice in two raids? because two eyes of the beast would be just dandy.

i am horde and im pretty sure i remember getting this off Wyrmthalak. but does it do anything for horde? thott only shows alliance quests

The scrap of paper for BWL-preq is called Blackhand's Command.
You have to kill Drakki for that quest, too, though.

This item drops for EVERYONE in the group, just make sure to loot the boss after he dies.
