yeah, pretty worthless for hunters. It could have been a fun little item. I guess allowing it to stack with rapid fire would have just made it waaay too powerful... right. (sarcastic)

It's worth noting that some cooldowns have altered, so the above info may or may not be accurate concerning Rapid Fire (or Evasion for the dodge Juju). I have not tested personally.

I did a more detailed test to Hunter's Rapid Fire and Juju Flurry in patch 2.0.3. Not sure if things worked like this before.

My attacking speed is 2.10 from my ranged stats frame. With Rapid Fire the speed turns to 1.50, which is 2.10/(1+40%). I don't have the talent "Rapid Killing" so my Rapid Fire CD is still 5 min.

Case 1: Use Rapid Fire first

When using Rapid Fire first, Juju Flurry runs a 5 min cooldown too.

Case 2: Use Juju Flurry first

Here's the point. If your Rapid Fire is not in cooldown, using Juju Flurry makes Rapid Fire run a "10 sec" cooldown, which means you can click it after 10 seconds. Most important, it stacks!
Here's an example:

0 sec: click Juju (speed 2.04)
10 sec: click Rapid Fire (speed 1.46)
20 sec: Juju fades (speed 1.50)
25 sec: Rapid Fire fades (speed 2.10)

However, whether Juju in CD or not, whenever you click Rapid Fire, Juju cooldown resets to 5 minutes, so the both will finish CD at the same moment.
(If you only use Juju, its cooldown is 1 min.)

These are so incredibly not worth it. In comparison to the other Juju buffs, these are horrible and I just feel sorry for anyone who feels they need to grind several stack of these each raid night.

Important things to note for anyone interested in those:

· It has 1 minute cooldown as written in the tooltip and it's cooldown does not interfere with other Jujus
· This only increases meele attack speed and DOES NOT affect ranged attack speed at all.
· It interacts with Hunter's Rapid Fire in few ways:

Using Juju Flurry first will put Rapid fire on 10 second cooldown (if not on cooldown yet)
Using Rapid Fire first will put Juju Flurry on 5 minute cooldown (if not on cooldown yet)
Using Juju Flurry first will put Rapid fire on 10 second cooldown (if not on cooldown yet), and if using Rapid Fire while Juju Flurry is still on cooldown it will put Juju on 5 minute cooldown timer, regardless of the previous cooldown remaining

· It has 20 yards range
· The droprate didn't seem as awful as some people state it to be, as I got somewhere around 12 per hour

General tip to fellow hunters: Use those if you're min/max-ing, meaning you're buffing your pet fully, otherwise I wouldn't bother getting those, as it will give your pet roughly half of extra attack in it's 20 seconds duration which is, if pet's basic attack deals 120 damage on it's basic attack - (120/2)/60 = 1 DPS increase.

We also did some digging into our bug database from the Original WoW era and found that we had in fact filed a bug for this behaviour while the original game was current, but the issue was not actually fixed until the Burning Crusade pre-patch (patch 2.0.3). As this bug was present throughout Original WoW, we do not currently consider it to be a bug and is merely an aspect of the original game that was carried over into Classic.

This gives -3% damage in Classic. I wonder, though, with weapons that proc like Thunderfury, is better to have?
