I just killed 63 rabid shardtooths and did not get one E'ko to drop. At this drop rate, i'd be surprised if this quest is completed more than a few times on all of the servers combined.

don't let the drop rates scare you. in order to pick up the question item, or to even have it drop or be seen, you must acquire Cache of Mau'ari from an NPC of the same name in Winterspring. In order to get that you must complete a quest that involves to getting some crystals from around the 60 elites in frostwhisper gorge in winterspring.

obviously the majority of players don't have this item in the inventory when the majority of these beasts are killed so that is why there are pissy droprates.

that being said, hunt any of the shardtooths around the area (there are a lot just around everlook) and you'll get one for every 7 or so kills. the jujus also stack in 20, so it makes them viable for any spot in your inventory unlike those silly blasted lands buffs.

The bears drop good vendor trash, and you can sell off the items to the imp vendor down south if your a rogue or strong enough to fight to him. It does take forever though. A must for MC grps struggling on rag though.

The imp vendor is kinda out of the way... you could just go to Everlook ya know ;-/

Low drop rate! 1 drop about every 10 mins or so, farming bears to the north (I'd say 1/15 on avg). Your bags will also fill up quick with large bear bones which don't stack!

This is related to a set of repeatable quests given by 巫医玛艾里.
