Got no idea about the quest and if it's still advainble but just so you know it is (or was) advainble to be enchanted with Berserker.

This quest is available ONLY for horde lvl49 twinks. I spoke with GM and I also post this problem on forum, so don't even try to run across map because you can not start this quest before lvl50 (alliance). I saw rogues and also ench shamans having this dagger with Barseking enchant. Pretty sick, you will agree. Imagine warlock or any caster with +63 spell power on it or even Black Magic! Horde twinks will be much more powerful if Blizzard don't solve this somehow. If you don't know, this is only weapon in game available for WOTLK enchants on lvl49. Quest also can not be shared before lvl50 if you play alliance!

The dagger supports Berserking, and since it's obtainable for horde under level 50 it makes an insanely OP weapon for any 49 melee twink.

The required level for said leg armor kits were in fact changed, where as this enchant still only requires a level 60 item. I see no reason why Berserker, or any other wrath weapon enchant, shouldn't work.

you get it after you have done alot of quests in the "Fallen hero of the horde-chain"

Its ment to be used to weaken some guys you gotta take out for the next quest in the really long chain...

I remember seeing a quest that was something like "You are Rahk'Likh, Demon", but I can't remember if that was part of the series to get this dagger
