Inner Sanctum has already completed this achievement, the first ones in the world to do it. There seems to be no title or additional rewards besides higher loot.

The Elders don't agro during the fight. They banish themselves but Freya and her allies are buffed.

There are 3 different achievements. One is Knock on Wood, for leaving up one elder, the 2nd is Knock Knock on Wood, for leaving up two elders, and then this one for leaving up all three.

Not to say that its NOT a reference to the song, but I've never heard the song, and I've heard the saying knock on wood from hundreds of different TV shows since as long as I can remember. Its much more likely a reference to a VERY common saying.

So how does loot work with these achievements? Do you only get Hard Mode loot if you kill Freya with all 3 Elders alive, or do you just get more pieces of loot the more Elders are up?

As far as i know you probably get 1 extra badge if you leave one elder on, 1 extra badge and 1 extra Runed Orb if you leave two elders on, and extra loot if you leave all three.

Im not 100% sure on this, but for us, on every time we've done FL with two towers, we've always gotten this, we didn't try 3 towers so i cant say how that will work out.
