If paladin or mage is about to get hit by beam then it is useless to use bubble or ice block. You may absorb damage, but game still counts that you got hit and you won't get this achievement.

Also there is/was some strange bug with pets. 2 weeks in a row no player got hit by beam, but both times warlock pet did. We didn't get achievement. Last week we dismissed all our pets and did it nice and smoothly and finally got our 10 points.

I just did this last night in an Ulduar 25 pug.

A few tips, use the min needed at ranged (5 ranged) all others stack in Melee. We had 2 mages, 2 locks and a boomkin. Locks on outside (using teleport facing away from boss, then run down stairs). Mages turned and blinked and boomkin just high tailed it out of there. Took a few attempts but knocked it out without to much problem.

The RaidAchievement mod thats found on Curse helps since it will announce if someone fails.
