Do not allow Stormcaller Brundir to finish casting a single Chain Lightning (base ability) or channel a single Lightning Whirl (1 other boss down ability).

Brundir can be stunned and his spells can be interrupted by other means. The 1 second cast time on Chain Lightning complicates interruption. Killing Brundir first ensures he never casts Lightning Whirl and reduces the time he must be kept stunned / interrupted. A downside of this approach is that this forces the raid to kill Runemaster Molgeim or Steelbreaker last, which are both considered hard-modes.

We got this and killed the dude second...which means somehow we not only interrupted Chain Lightnings, but we stopped Lightning Whirls before they got 1 tick off...I don't even know how we did that o_O

Much easier to get this if you kill him first.

The one thing you all must note when going for this achievement is you have a total of 1 second each time this boss casts the ability before the achievement is lost. He is able to cast Whirl on a different Interrupt with Chain Lightning. You can, however, stun the boss. If you keep this boss chain-stunned and interrupt him whenever he is able to cast him, you can down this boss first to get the achievement.

Just know that not killing the big guy first (Steelbreaker) will give him 1 more ability and make the encounter ever-harder. You can kill him second, but it will mean that you have to devote 3-4 people on keeping him stunned/interrupted the entire time you are killing another boss. My advisement is to only go for this if you are killing the medium-size guy (Steelbreaker). Kill Brundir first, then Steelbreaker, then Molgeim.

This isn't really as hard to do on Heroic, my guild sends two rogues back with me *Prot Pally Tank* and we just rotate stuns and interrupts. Even leaving him till last the three of us can interrupt everything. Even after Overload casts, I just toss in avenger's shield *I have full points into Shield of the Templar* He's silenced long enough for the three of us to get over to him. The bloodelf Racial is also particularly useful for moving him out of death runes.
