This achievement can only be done solo. It counts from the time you pick up the quest to the time you hand it in.

If you have Epic Flying Mount and try it on early in the morning or late in the night, you have a very high chance of completing it under 2 minutes. I suggest starting from the left side facing the lake from where you take the quest, as the towers there have good amoung of eggs to destroy.

The timer starts when you accept the quest and stops when you fly back to the questgiver and turn in the quest.
Few tips:

This achievement is impossible to complete without an epic flying mount.
Before you start the quest, make a circle around the area so that it loads up properly.
Get the quest and put onto your action bar with easily accessible hotkey. After that abandon the quest (the timer will start over when you re-accept it).
Go to your achievement frame and turn on tracking for this achievement. It will show you your time ticking out...
Use your Crusader Aura / Riding Crop (or similar) trinket if available.
If possible, equip tanking gear with lots of defense. The reason is because your defense affects chance of being dazed and dismounted by those Monstrous Kaliri birds which swoop around and tend to spoil all the fun.
If you ran out of time and didn't get the achievement, just abandon the quest and do it over again.
The achievement is much easier to complete when there is no competition for the eggs.

Much easier than the Blade's Edge counterpart. I finished this on my first attempt with 30 sec to spare. ;)

Just remember that you can continue moving while casting the bombs.

Others are correct - you can move while channeling the blasting charges ... however, make sure you're in range when it completes or you'll get an "out of range" message.

One other tip - if you're doing this achievement during the hallow's end event - the magic brooms are a shorter mount time (nearly instant) if you happen to get dismounted. I got knocked off on a platform with a Kaliri, killed it, and bombed my last 2 - finished with just 3 seconds to spare. If i'd have been using my normal mount, I would have failed.

This particular achievement is very easy, if you manage to start your run when the area is 'stale', with all the eggs recently respawned and nobody actively bombing them. I finished it lackadaisically in 1:45 last night when no one was around, after having tried it several times with no success during heavier-populated times.

The highest concentration of eggs is along the east side of the valley, specifically the cluster of buildings in the far southeast near one of the skyguard prisoner spawnpoints (near ). If you have to double back to the northwest side of the valley, it will be tight to make the deadline.

I was really frustrated by this one...until I realized that you could cast and fly away, you didn't have to wait until your casting bar was up. The first thing you want to do is take a peek over the East side of Skettis, locating egg concentrations and go for those first. Going quickly, you want to make it all the way down to the last two huts, which, like the first two you encounter, have the highest concentrations. Also, concentrations of eggs are sometimes hiding in the hollow trees. Throw your bombs and fly away...I made it back to the quest-giver with 28 seconds left. Achievement is best done when no one is around. Also, focus on the East side, it has the most eggs and less of a chance for your bombs to land on the protective roof that covers the eggs on the West side huts. If your bomb hits the roof, it won't damage the eggs below and you've wasted a cast!

I had trouble making this achieve since my computer is a bit older than it should be and the movement in the air is definetly not smooth.

Comments here on WoWhead helped me a lot and basicly my tip is rather a combination of beforementioned tips :)

Ive downloaded MapNotes addon and marked every position of 3 eggs in cluster (totaly ignoring places with 2 or less eggs) by pressing macro /mn -q 1 Skettis_egg
this way the eggs got loaded into cache memory and I was able to see them even from higher distance and in the same time I had nice waypoints on my map
now, made the bombs bound to number 1 on abilities panel for quick hitting
when I had all the "best" spots on map with 3 or more eggs, I have planned my way and took the quest, had 35 seconds spare in the end while I wasnt moving while casting bombs (you can move as others mentioned)

At lvl 72 with 225 riding skill and I cannot complete this achievement. The timer does not start when I pick up the quest and I do not get credit for turning it in under the time limit. I suspect that either having only 225 riding or being in druid flight form is disqualifying me. I will try it on a Gryphon today instead and report my results.

For some reason my achievement tracker does not work for the 3 timed daily quest achievements. Anybody have a clue as to why it does that? I'll have to try tomorrow to see if its an add-on, but for now I haven't a clue.

Just did this achievement, very easy. Hotkeyed the charges to 1 on my action bar. I flew to the left when going in from the lake of skettis. Then I found 3 piles per roof, went up a little more to find some piles or 2 and rushed back!

Patch 3.3 made it so that you cannot be knocked off your flying mount. This achievement just became even easier.

Easy achiev. You can get it without macros, addons, etc... cus area of bombing is free from the other bombermen. Just need 280 speed mount.

I managed to do this with a "slow" mount and 17spare seconds to go when finnished. how?

first i accepted the quest and flew away to the farthest egg spots and bombed all eggs where i wouldnt go for my real try. this makes them respawn at another place and eventually there will be clusters of eggs where u want them so u can get as many as possible in each bombing.

after that i started killing birds close to the path i was gonna fly so they wont bother me. then i flew a quick round counting how many i bombs i need to get 20. should be able to get betwen 2-5 eggs each bomb.

then go back abandon the quest and reactivate it, (dont forget to track the acheivment) i started at the closest treahouses on the right and then went left on the island for the last. if u dont have all by now u still got some time to go to the other side and take a few on your way back

note that u dont need to stop wile trowing the bombs. if u hotkey the bomb u can just keep flying and throw on the move. or just do a reallly quick stop for aim and go directly after u klick.

Really easy on an epic flying mount, possible, but hard, on a normal flying mount.

Just avoid the giant kalari birds if you're 70ish, shouldn't be a problem for 80s though.
They have a slowing attack which can really kill your time, not to mention the ability to knock you off your mount. As long as you don't aggro them, it shouldn't be a problem...
