Seriously. This reads like an advertisement. But, I guess, "we're actively discussing and thinking about this" is the norm these days.
I'm really surprised that we get to finish Sylvannas so soon. I thought she would have been the second-to-last boss to the Jailor himself at the end of the expansion. And there's also little mention of Nathanos except at the end as a question. Surely he'll be part of the encounter. What we could have is that Nathanos helps Sylvannas in 9.1. We defeat Sylvannas, and just like Jaina in the Battle of Dazar'alor, she doesn't die, but escaped. But then she says something or does something to hurt Nathanos, and Nathanos turns babyface. He'll then be instrumental in the defeat of Sylvannas and the Jailor at the end of the expansion.
His "lore" videos lately have been nothing but recaps of in game cinematics. Hardly any insight into how some things would tie in to the cosmic picture. Heartbreaking because he used to be my go to lore guy.
My guess about epic conclusion about Sylvanas is, she will be around until the final raid when Jailer is defeated / dealt with and Sylvanas then will become the new Jailer of the Maw for eternity. Just like Bolvar became "Jailer of the Damned". And that line from Lich King's defeat cinematic all those years ago feels very ironic now after we know how Lich King was part of a much bigger plan for Jailer to escape the Maw.
Sickens me so much when I hear the lore guys referring to Garrosh as a "horrific villain" for taking an aggressive stance in an ongoing war with the enemy faction to give his people a future, and then the same guys telling us that after Sylvanus burned nearly all the tree elves alive people just don't get her yet and by hating her they're being judgmental and unfair.
Another milquetoast take from the resident "lore expert".
I guess they will redeem Sylvanas by revealing that she also have chains of domination around her neck. :S
This writing is so... cringe, and people actually eat it up. Well glad to know that the current fanbase has the mindset of a 5 year old who eat's glue. Seriously this is bad... Disney bad!
Sylvanas would be incredibly stupid to not to connect the Jailer's actions effect on her life.
I bet Primus will be on an awesome spaceship with his cool helmet and be all like "Your savior is here! Did you miss me?"
Sylvanas will be defeated, but she won't "die". Like Arthas before her, she'll be around in some form.Blizzard never killed (perma death, to be never seen or mentioned again) a single character of Warcraft III.
Death of every character loses importance, since we can see that is just a change of world from Azeroth to Shadowlands... i'ts like trespass dark portal to Outland and don't come back, but still alive. ¬¬Shadowlands f*ckd that cicle. That idiot idea created a world that creatures eat, fight, sleep... have nature, buildings, conflicts and an idiot queen garden to make us spend time for nothing.
