There are 4 quests which start from a item dropped by their owners. You only need to hand on those items to their homes.

To complete Abjurist Belmara go to 55.5,86.5
To complete Conjurer Luminrath go to 56.4, 87.8
To complete Cohlien Frostweaver go to 55,87
To complete Battle-Mage Dathric go to 56.9,86.8 (he is located in 60.88/townhall and drops too the "Annals of Kirin'Var", item necessary to finish "The Annals of Kirin'Var" quest).

After completing this quest. Battle-Mage Dathric will no longer be aggressive towards you - makes finishing other quests in the area a bit easier.

Went to 56,86 and found a house that is inacessible due to logs blocking it's entrance.

It is indeed the 1st non-destroyed house when heading into Wizard Row from Tower, but the exact coords are 57,87.

This is the newly updated version of the map that has all four houses of all four ghosties (Dathric, Belmara, Cohlien and Luminrath), marked with an arrow on the drop-off points. Plus a lot of other info to help you locate the right spots. :)

I hated this area, lot bugging on mobs, about 10% of fights pet didnd do anything and totally around 50% of fights were "normal" (pet kept aggro, target was on line of sight, no invisible attackers who i couldn fight back) So sick,, I was entering battle every 30sec (no combat, just that i couldnt eat or drink) After remining 3 quests, I swear, I will never go that area again.

56, 85 isn't even in the village. 57,87, house closest to tower is the correct answer.

If you are at these coordinates, press M and look at the players coordinates, and it will say 56, 86 and you will be standing INSIDE of the house staring directly at the weapon rack...

There are several named mobs in the same area that all drop quest items like this. So far the other two I 've found are Abjurist Belmara and Cohlien Frostweaver

These comments are a complete mess. The annals of Kirin'Var is a completely different quest. Why is it discussed? It isn't even a followup quest because i have it before completing this series.

You are looking for "items" in the ruins such as a bookshelf that you can use an item on that dropped from the applicable named mob.

Locate Battle-Mage Dathric's quarters in Wizard's Row and return the blade to his weapon rack. Then, speak with Custodian Dieworth at Kirin'Var Village.

Descrizione

The sword is of exceptional quality, finely crafted and perfectly balanced for a battle-mage. The seal of the Kirin Tor and the name "Dathric" are engraved into the weapon's pommel.

Turning the weapon over in your hands, you notice a sense of wrongness radiating from the metal, as if the item is torn between two worlds. Could this be the item anchoring Battle-Mage Dathric's spirit to this world?

Perhaps returning it to its proper place can break the bond, freeing Dathric's spirit to rest at last.
