Coordinates to her are 31.1, 45.2.....I found it a bit interesting that her name is Snowden and she resides in Winterspring. Snowden was the name of a soldier who died in Joseph Heller's "Catch 22." As he died, he complained that he was cold, so maybe blizzard was doing something there, putting her in a cold area, but next to the hot springs at the same time.

I hate this npc, she always send you in a far away zone of the world to complete some quest, Tanaris, Un'Goro, Feralas, she makes you spend hours flying just to finish her tasks.

Confirmed at 31, 45. She has a small tent with a fire just above the geothermal spring.

For those who don't have coordinates, Donova Snowden is in Winterspring near Frostfire Hot Springs. If you look at your map, there are three springs and they form and upside down triange. She is at the smallest pool at the tip of the "triangle" She is a dwarf standing by a little tent there. good luck!

ya i went to the dwarf chick at lvl 53 and only quest she gave me was "Threat of Winterfall", i thought she started the "linken" quest chain, any help anyone?
