A night elf hunter with the key can solo to him if careful and on a half-decent computer, just fd/shadowmeld to you get to door, then nuke down one of the gaurds, fd, res pet and all, repeat till all gaurds dead, then open door and voila.

makes it a lot easier on some of the quests so that you're less dependent on a group

Um, I looked at the map. Three times. I searched the page for the text. Unless I am both blind and can't type, this mob is not listed on the Blackrock Depths map. I'd like to know where to find him also.

when you enter BRD, its to the right... unlock the jail doors :) u will get a little yellow dot when u are near his room.

dohh! legobill sad that can't you read?:p its in BRD as lego says and fellow evry word of what he says and you find him quick enough but you need the shadowforge key .

you dont need the shadow forge key, u need a key given by the lady who is talking in that hallway by the end of the tunnel. She will always drop the key, like that dude from ulda who drops the staff.or i think u can just use a large seaform charge....

You have a better chance of getting the note outside the instance actually with the quarry slaves.

You can also pick the locks (if a rogue) that say "Shadowforge key" and prison key on them.

he's yellow to me because I'm an Orc, so I thought I'd be able to attack him, but he is invulnerable.
