The Deviate Stinglash uses lash whenever I try and tame it, but when I actually tame it, it doesn't have Lash, is Bilzzard ever gonna make this move available for training?

I seem to remember Thottbot showing what trainable abilities beasts came with. what ever happened to that? i'd like to know if this guy have the second rank of lightning breath. he of course doesnt use it when your fighting him and thats ominous, but he uses lash and thats not trainable so that's kinda wierd anyway.

Lingtning Breath (Rank 2), yes or no?
