who teaches netherscale armor , the trainer in Azshara that lives in the white tent has nothing more to teach me ,lvl 345 skill an iam looking for the netherscale . let me guess , its a faction reward ,from a faction vendor an not a trained skill

The Grand Master Leatherworker is in the city of Shattrath. She goes by the name of Darmari and is located in the lower city at cords 67,67

There was no training to become a "Grand Master Leatherworker" only more patterns to learn (all patterns almost 2 gold each to learn). As I happen to be a Hunter and usually make my own gear, the Felscale armor looks really nice in stats and in the dressing room as well (proud member of Wow fashion police)

The city of Shattrath is a neutral city where both horde and alliance mingle (much like Booty Bay and Rachet).

There is a flight path from the dark portal leading to shattrath via honor hold.

There are also portals inside shatt that will portal you to differnet cities in case you would like a quick trip back to a main city (a great idea for lower lvls who won't survive an overland trip back but also great for higher lvls as well).

You must be lvl 58 or higher to go past the dark portal located in the blasted lands. The only other way into Shattrath is by summons or a high lvl mage. Lower lvls will not want to venture from the city as mobs outside the city are 63+

So, apparently she is supposed to teach the Knothide recipes for quiver and ammo pouch, but it's not listed here. Anyone know if these made it into the game, or if they are coming with a later patch?
