Is this quest bugged? She isn't at 56,34 in Nagrand. I can see where she should be but she isn't there. I have been trying for over week!

she is to the left of the post as you talk to the innkeeper, you have to talk to her before you get the 1st quest

she does have the "boss" description.. wonder what she might drop
