Not possible solo as a 64 feral druid. She is ridiculously overpowered for a 62elite.

Note that she doesn't actually drop anything; there just happens to be an Ooze Covered Rich Thorium Vein spawn point in the same room.

Against my 70 Warlock's pet, she'd relied on melee, with the occasional Psychic Scream. Consider clearing the room, or pulling her out into the hallway.

As of 2.3 she's no longer elite. I gave her a try with my 62 protection paladin, but I didn't have the DPS to take her down. She can still heal to full from the tiniest sliver of mana, and I just don't have the interrupts to counteract that. However, she doesn't hit nearly as hard, and when it became clear I wasn't going to be able to kill her, I was able to escape without too much difficulty. The bugs are all normal mobs now, too, so they aren't nearly as dangerous if they add. I imagine anyone who can keep her from healing herself could solo her at the specified quest level. Having a way to avoid or break fears and stuns would also help.

After patch 2.3 she is very easy to solo. I was able to do it with lvl 59 frost mage. DPS (mine + elemental) was so high for her, that she didn't cast single spell. As for now she has about 5500 HP. Whole fight lasted less than 10 seconds.
Probably lower DPS classes won't be able to do it that easy.

Killed her with my 62 holy/disc priest. Just make sure you use fear ward, shadow protection, and a PW: Shield before the fight. The key to win here is using psychic scream and mana burn (To stop her from greater healing). Keep in mind this is in 2.3, otherwise I would have died a horrible death.

Just did this quest yesterday as LVL 62 arms Warrior. It sucked!!! I was lucky to have second wind so when she stunned me i healed too :) The battle overall took about 5 minutes which was a pain. Sunder armor was a huge help, though i didn't use it the first half of the battle thinking it was a waste of rage it turned out to be the best move i made all battle. took her down with almost full health and easily soloable. wasn't hard but i wouldn't have been able to solo if i wasn't a blood elf.
stunned for first heal, repented when she tried again. And arcane torrent for her third time.
I bubbled out of her fear.

This mob casts Greater Heal to fully restore her health, Mind Flay, Psychic Scream, and Shadow Word: Pain. It can also proc Blackout sometimes.

I solo'd her as a 63 Warrior. Took 3 times but did it.
I stacked sunder on her her and executed her as soon
as i could.

As patch 2.4 she has 5149 life, but she heals 100% with greater heal, easily soloed as a lvl 60 BM hunter, and im sure every other class will do fine against her

If you are a low DPS class (like a protection paladin, as I am) this fight is not possible to solo, at least at the appropriate level. At level 59, I have bubbled 3 times this fight because I simply cannot DPS fast enough to kill her before she heals.

She's immune to stuns and Arcane Torrent so I imagine it's simply not possible to interrupt her heals which, as mentioned, cost next to no mana; if she has 0, the amount she regenerates while you are feared WILL be enough to heal her to full.

A mana removal ability (Viper Sting for me) makes this fight very simple.

I could solo myself up to her, 60 sham. She's hard as hell, I had me, a 60 hunter and a 60 mage get her down to 40%... She's not "easier than she looks." she'll need a 5-man group. She does a health drain, a mind control and she also heals.

She uses aoe fear, lots of 3 sec heals, and MC. MC is dispelable. She can be countered/stunned/polymorphed/MC'd/kicked..
I did it with a 4-man with no proper tank and it was pretty easy, if long. Just dispel when she Mind Controls, counterspell/kick/earth shock when she tries her repeated heal spells near the end and it's over for her. Unless you have a dwarf priest with Fear Ward, you'll likely want to clear the entire room first.

Stealthed in to where she was for the glyph, which she is guarding.....sapped her, looted the glyph I needed, restealthed & walked out. I wasn't about to try to solo her.

don't die in her room because I did and my spirit was taken to Westfall...my corpse was nowhere on the map so i had to rez at graveyard...i have almost all epics and i had 6 more epics in my bags...it hurt real bad.

Btw, the High Priestess of C'Thun and C'Thun are two different mobs. C'Thun is the end boss of the AQ40 man instance, while Natalia herself is only a 62 elite in Silithus that cannot be taken out in a raid group. But, thanks for informing us on C'Thun's loot table. =) I don't think that very many servers have even been able to taken down C'Thun at all.

for all here.. C'thun is ALSO lvl 62elite.. just that they hide the lvl.. think like this. a lvl 1 vs a lvl 60. its MISS MISS MISS MISS MISS MISS MISS MISS MISS... all lvl ? bosses ARE lvl 62elite! :)

i have tried today with me 59priest and 60feral druid

we failed 3 times (strange not wiping) cos it just have some strange aggro form o_O

by the way me healing the bear, dispelling, the she fear i aggro and heal after heal and dispel i ran oom and she was still 80% , i tried to mana drain her too but didjnt worked, so at least 3 man i think, healer tank and damage ofc

also i soloed her on a half-epiced 60 mage.. however.. it was hard as hell, had to blow all my cooldowns and time things right

when first one of us was at critical health, the next warrior mocking blowed and hit retaliation, and first one FA'ed himself. she went down fast.

Me (60 lock) and a 60 priest cleared the mobs on the way down there, and killed her. very easy fight. Just make sure you clear the room, since she fears.

Just timed CS right, stayed out of MC range, kited her, potted thru the SW:P

If there are people that can duo Scholomance, I'm pretty sure it's possible to solo her. The problem is that her DoT takes away alot of health and psychic scream makes you helpless as if you were fighting a tier 3 warlock. With the right potions, and the right cooldowns, it's posible.

Tried to kill her on my 64 hunter. Wow was she hard. Arcane/Steady/Aimed all are a waste of mana. Best bet was keeping mend up, using my trinkets, rapid fire, berzerk (troll), BW, intimidation, and the occasional conc shot on hopes to stun. Still, when shes oom (Viper sting added in too) she can MC, mob goes grey, then I'm forced to steady spam making me go oom, and killing my bat. Then the mobs still grey (Meaning can't loot) and I end up FDing. No way to get around her MC unless you get damn good luck and can FD before she MCs. Got her around 5% twice before I had to FD out. 3rd try is a charm. Adds wern't a problem, I fought her against a wall and killed about 2 before fighting her. Mobs have a $%^& argo range for me and my bat so I guess the fear wasn't a problem.

Oh and best thing to do is keep mend up, viper when her mana is at 20%. Last thing, if your oom and find yourself in a bad situation, save till mend, use mend, FD, and drink while your pet fights. Nice to get back mana up. Good luck.

The cave entrance is at 56:86.
She is a regular level 62 priest. Surrunded by 4-5 level 50-60 mobs. She heals to full life in one simple heal.

Guys.. i Killed her by my own... im 60lvl war... Do u know the recelnes abbility ? It make's u immune to fear for 10s... I gained Rage on mobs near her then intercept recelness 6x slam(0.5 coltdown) and she is dead...

she wasn't easy i admit... but u can do it solo... lvl 60 pally with bloodscale items shield and a 48 dmg/sec one hand mace.... just w8 until she uses up all her mana... keep your dmg spells 4 when it counts.... keep hammer of justice 4 when she tries to heal..... stun her and then use all the dmg that u can do... she 4gets to heal after she is stunned (she will heal is u do not finnish her up quick thow)... finish her off with hammer of wrath.... and she is done... ohh and try to keep the mana 4 the dmg spells........

I just solo'ed her. I killed everything around her first and attacked her. When she tried to heal herself I immobilized her and then ehn she drank my mana i just healed myself with potions. Haniran, Pally To The Bone

This woman drove me to distraction - if you can, bring a friend for this and it will be a lot easier.

She is in the Hive entrance nearest to the 2 dwarves camped that you had to question earlier. Just work your way down knocking off all the insects on the way (there is also a Kill All The Insects quest you could also pair up on this as well). She is right in an end chamber, surrounded by 4-5 insects. Work your way around the chamber slowly knocking them off, then refuel your health and get to work on her.

Natalia has an incredibly irritating Fear and Health Recharge effect. As a warrior, I first went at her in the defensive stance as thats what I'm specced at - plenty of shield bashing and slams. I found that the timing between me being able to shield bash her and get some quick hits in was too slow, so I swapped to regular stance instead and this seemed to work alot better after umpteen goes in a Defensive stance. Some of the insects will probably start to respwan towards the end of your fight with her, but you can usually lure her away to the other end of the chamber (be cautious about that Fear effect though).

Also, don't forget the crystal is here for the Get The Crystals In The Hives quest.

As a warlock, she's soloable. Just chain-fear and make sure you have a nice mana-pool. Or hp, since hp = mana. Anyways, she's not doing any mean instant-attacks and didn't heal when I killed her, although she just got 3-4 actual chances. Her casting-attack does 700dmg.

Can also be sheeped by mage's from what I've heard. Enjoy the quest, good money from the quest-reward-items.

If you are attempting to solo her, if you clear out her room, as a warlock, you can dot her up and fear her. It is recommended you use corruption at least and curse of tongues on her to prevent heals as she is Fear-able. You can dot her with corruption and immolate and siphon life if spec’d for it and fear her. When she breaks or fear ends she will attempt to heal. With tongues on you can recast fear before she casts heal.
Getting to her is the hard part. Recommended at least 1-2 other players, preferable either a tank and/or someone to dmg soak like a pally or a Druid who can be tanks then heal after.

As of TBC prepatch, she is no longer elite, and thus soloable. I did nearly die to her once as hunter though. Oddly enough one of the few encounters being a hunter makes more difficult

Reason being, she would mc me while we both wailed on my pet. She did heal me to full once and cast mend pet while I was mc'd which was amusing at least. I was basically perma mc'd and ended up having to feign to reset. Tried again without my pet and using viper sting mana drain on cd and it was much easier. Her blackout stuns and fear can be a nuisance or maybe a wipe if you aggro the other mobs with fear, I dragged her into the tunnel you enter from to be safe.

Might be difficult without a mana burn of some sort because her heal does full heal her and she seemed to have enough mana regen to cast it everytime she got low. Interrupting or ccing it could work too I'm sure if you have the dps to down her
